Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon Jus-Rol Classic Pizza Base
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 pear
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 red onion
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 100g brie
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 tbsp honey
  • Small check mark in a circle icon handful of walnuts
Equipment required
  • Knife/mandolin
  • Chopping board
  • Something blunt to crush walnuts

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180. As the onions are the only other thing that needs cooking, slice these up first. Add them to a pan with a little olive oil for 15 minutes and sauté
  2. While these are cooking away, slice your pear, brie and crush the walnuts up
  3. Unwrap the Jus-Rol pizza dough and lay everything down, starting with the fruity base. Make sure to add the walnuts last
  4. Cook the pizza in the pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes or until brown
  5. Drizzle your honey on top and enjoy!
