Try this delicious, quick and easy peach tarts recipe for a tasty treat. Made with Jus-Rol puff pastry and ready in just 20 minutes.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220ºC (200 ºC for fan assisted ovens) 425ºF, Gas Mark 7.
  2. Halve the peaches, remove stones and cut each half into 6-8 slices.
  3. Lay the pastry rounds on a lined baking sheet and top each with the slices of one peach, laid in a ring formation, leaving a border all round. Sprinkle with a little sugar.
  4. Brush borders with beaten egg and bake for 12-15 minutes until pastry is risen and golden. If desired sprinkle with a little extra sugar on removal from oven.
