Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza

Try this delicious twist on a classic, a perfect balance of sweet, salty and spice.

Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 Jus-Rol Classic Pizza Base
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 75g fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 10 slices of pepperoni
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 tbsp honey
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1/2-1tsp chilli flakes
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Fresh basil (optional)
Equipment required
  • Baking tray
  • Pizza cutter
  • Small bowl

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C (180C in a fan oven) Gas 4
  2. Unroll the Jus-Rol pizza base on a lined baking tray
  3. Spread the tomato pizza sauce evenly over the dough leaving a 5cm border around the edges
  4. Place pieces of the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni evenly across the base
  5. Bake the pizza for approximately 20 minutes in the oven until the edges are a dark golden colour and crispy
  6. In a small bowl mix the honey and chilli flakes
  7. Once the pizza is baked, drizzle on the hot honey and place on some basil leaves for decoration
  8. Cut up into slices then enjoy
