Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza

Try this delicious twist on a classic, a perfect balance of sweet, salty and spice - ready in just 20 minutes using Jus-Rol’s classic pizza base!

Ingredients:

1x Jus-Rol™ Classic Pizza Base
75g fresh mozzarella cheese
10 slices of pepperoni
2 tbsp honey
½ - 1 tsp chilli flakes
Fresh basil (optional)

Equipment:

Baking tray
Pizza cutter
Small bowl

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C for fan-assisted ovens)
Unroll the pizza base on a lined baking tray.
Spread the tomato pizza sauce evenly over the dough leaving a 5cm border around the edges.
Place pieces of the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni evenly across the base.
Bake the pizza for approximately 20 minutes in the oven until the edges are a dark golden colour and crispy.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix the honey and chilli flakes.
Once the pizza is baked, drizzle on the hot honey and place some basil leaves for decoration.
Cut up into slices and enjoy!
