  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1tsp guacamole chilled, per case
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 asparagus tips per case, blanched

Method

  1. Bake Vol-au-vent cases for 13-15 minutes and allow to cool.
  2. Fill each case with a teaspoon of guacamole then garnish with asparagus tips.
